Once your payment has been received, you will be contacted by email to confirm the date and time of your telephone coaching session. If for any reason you're unable to take your scheduled call, then you'll be contacted to arange another time. You will have the opportunity to reschedule your booking up to three times, after which your session will be cancelled without a refund.
